- Was looking for books on daycare as my daughter is about to attend in the fall. This one caught my eye due to the adorable illustrations and the child who is a bit older, like my own. But the story itself was even better than the illustrations. Easy to understand at a toddler level, the author addresses a real issue- not all daycares are a right "fit"-but does so in an undaunting way! It teaches perseverance (subtly) and gave me a little piece of mind on what is to come for us in a month. We just downloaded it and have already read it 4 times. I anticipate it will be a favorite in our household for many weeks to come. Plus, my daughter enjoyed looking for the little blur dog on every page. 😀 I recommend for anyone who has a young child about to make the transition to daycare.
