Always beware of books claiming to be "advanced"! The book has some good content, but its pages are very sparse (double lines used for coding), and many of the features it presents are rather elementary - not even intermediate. To be fair, I have not carefully examined everything, but I see no rationale why an "advanced" book is reviewing slicing, string constants, and many other very elementary concepts. It does have some nice diagrams and some topics do seem advanced, but not much!. However, I've decided to keep this book. It does have some stuff to go thru and refresh my memory and learn a few new things. I did not take the time to see if the examples really work, so I can't comment on that. This is not a bad book, it is just that it is not "advanced".
Unbelievably easy to go through and super insightful. The hands-on activities and their solutions are extremely useful. Fully recommend.
